Confirmation Policy

As a courtesy, your appointment is confirmed by the scheduling system, it will send out an email and/or text reminder of your appointment at least two days prior to your appointment.

If the scheduling system is unable to reach you, someone from our reception team will reach out to confirm. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and if you are not confirmed within 24 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be canceled.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

All appointments begin and end on time in order to maintain the salon & spa’s schedule.

If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full length of your service.

 

A credit card may be requested to secure spa appointments and the same cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We ask that all clients please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, or Lavish Beauty Bar reserves the right to charge you 50% of the total booked service price. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

 

If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No Show” and Lavish Beauty Bar reserves the right to charge you 50% of the total booked service price.

 

You will be charged by the way of your online payment method if booked online. If your card is not on file or expired, there will be a balance on your client profile. The balance must be paid before making your next appointment.

 

Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 48 hours (2 days). For each guest that fails to show without a required notice, a charge of 50% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve booking.

Children

We kindly ask that all children under 10 without an appointment not accompany you while you are getting a service or treatment.

 

We require that any child under 12 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.

 

While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon spa experience, it was created with a child’s safety in mind.

 

Our salon spa is not childproof. Sharp implements and hot styling tools make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

Late Policy

Should you arrive late for your treatment we will do our best to honor your full treatment time. However, it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment for the consideration of other guests.

 

Aesthetics Services Only: If you arrive late, your scheduled service might be limited due to others scheduled.

Clientele Policy

Clients that have canceled or no-showed 3 consecutive times are at risk of no longer being accepted as a client.

This decision is made by salon owners & managers.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

We will do our best to keep our guests up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all guests to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Our Level System

Level System Pricing at Lavish Beauty Bar

 

Like many salons, Lavish Beauty Bar is implementing a level system for our team of stylists.

 

The level system accomplishes two primary goals. Our first goal is to provide options to our guests so that they may choose the level that best fits their budget and needs. Our second goal is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team members.

 

What Determines A Stylist Service Level?

 

It’s a common misconception that a designer’s level of competency or creativity is related to the years of experience he or she has.

The training our team receives is consistent, aggressive, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they join our team and continues throughout their career with us.

 

At Lavish Beauty Bar, our service providers achieve promotions based on several factors. These factors include salon guest satisfaction, retention, performance, and education.

 

We only select stylists that look at this as a ‘career’ and not just a ‘job.’ In turn, we understand that for us to be able to attract and retain ideal team members, it’s imperative that we offer excellent benefits, structured training, and compensation that they can’t get elsewhere.

 

For this purpose, we have adopted the Tiered Level System.

 

As the stylist is promoted, their prices increase. This system provides many significant benefits. One of the benefits, and probably the most important, is that it enables you, to choose the level that best suits your needs and your budget.

 

We feel that you are a guest of Lavish Beauty Bar, not just a client of one particular stylist. Keep in mind that we work as a team, so feel free to have services with as many different stylists as you’d like!

 

In addition to our primary goal of making our clients happy, the Level System also benefits our stylists, providing them incentives for career advancement and stability.

 

Our hair designers achieve promotions based on several factors, which include guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance, advanced education, and demand for their services.

 

Our ultimate promotion level rewarded is ‘Educator’. An ‘Educator’ takes an ‘Associate’ under their wing, which enables them to pass on their knowledge, training our next generation of service providers. Since all our stylist begins with the same education, you can trust that if you need to stay at a price level, you will still be receiving quality service.

 

What does this mean for you, the guest?

 

Simply, based on the stylist’s education, experience, and demand they will increase in level, which in turn increases that individual’s prices.

 

If your stylist moves up a level and their prices exceed your budget, rest assured that all of our stylists will give you excellent service and product recommendations regardless of their level.

 

We just want you, our guest, to be happy, and get the best value for your money and time. Regardless of which stylist you choose to visit, we are glad to share information with our fellow teammates, and ensure you have the best we offer.

Color Correction Policy

We consider a service to be a color correction when:

 

A change of tone is desired (Red to blonde, or blonde to brown, or brown, etc.).

 

When any color needs to be removed (Home color, another product, dark pigment, red pigment, etc.). Two or more levels and shades are apparent on the hair shaft. You have worked on your color at home. If color tone needs to be altered.

 

It is important for you to share all of your information on what has been done to your hair, even if it was two years ago (depending on how long your hair is).

Believe it or not, medications, swimming, hennas, temporary colors, and vitamin supplements, can have an impact on your hair color’s final result. Your time is valuable and correcting hair color can vary between 3 to 8 hours. We will work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please understand that sometimes, a correction may take more than one visit.

 


Color corrections can:

  • Address unfavorable home hair color. results.
  • Remove unwanted hues.
  • Help restore your hair’s health, so you can get and keep the color you want.
  • Make blonde less brassy.
  • Create subtle tonal shifts.
  • Lighten or darken your hair or just areas of it, such as ends or roots.

 

Please note that the number of visits cannot always be determined until the process is started.

Additionally, there is not a set price for corrective color.

The cost is determined by the amount of work necessary to achieve the desired result.

Therefore, no refunds will be given after one salon visit if additional visits are needed to achieve the final desired result for corrective color.

 

Only after we’ve gathered all the facts do we determine the best action plan for fixing your hair color problem and giving you the hair color you always wanted. It may take more than one appointment or even several weeks, but we’ll get you there.

Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on our work.

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed.

However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

 

Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within three days of your service.

 

If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.

 

At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

 

Lavish Beauty Bar proudly stands behind all its products.

 

Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at the Lavish Beauty Bar, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase if unused and in their original packaging.

 

If the product is opened or slightly used, you may exchange the product for a different product for an equal or lesser value.

 

Refunds can only be processed with a receipt.
